Back to the Classics - A Return to the Spencer Mansion in Resident Evil 5

After a wild ride through the main story of Resident Evil 5, I'm excited to dive into the extra content! My latest video features the Lost in Nightmares DLC, and it’s a brilliant change of pace.

This DLC feels like a love letter to the very first Resident Evil. The action-packed feel of the main game is replaced with a more classic survival horror experience. It's a suspenseful flashback that forces you to conserve ammo and solve puzzles, all while a sense of dread looms over you.

And the setting is incredible! We get to explore the iconic Spencer Mansion, a truly memorable location for any fan of the series. Returning to this place with Chris and Jill made for some incredibly spooky and nostalgic moments. The atmosphere is thick with tension, and it felt like a true return to the series' roots.

It was such a blast to experience this different side of the game. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants a dose of old-school horror.
