One Pan Man! π³π Massive Japanese Cream Stew: The S-Class Scissor Hero! ✂️ [One Pan Onlyπ³]
One Pan Man! ππ³ The S-Class Scissor Hero vs. Massive Japanese Cream Stew
I’m just a guy who’s a hero for fun, and my mission today is simple: defeat a mountain of vegetables and create a Massive Japanese Cream Stew using only ONE PAN.
If you’re tired of washing dishes and wrestling with cutting boards, welcome to the S-Class way of life.
The Weapon: S-Class Scissor Hero ✂️
To handle this massive batch of chicken and white fish, I’ve retired the knife. I’m using my Kai-jirushi Seki Magoroku shears. Why? Because a true hero needs precision and speed:
No Mess: Snip the meat and veggies directly into the pan.
S-Class Edges: These Japanese blades give a cleaner cut than most kitchen knives.
Heat Control: I can adjust the size of the pieces while they are already searing in the pan.
The Strategy: "Gardening Style" Cooking π₯¦
I call my vegetable prep "Gardening Style." Instead of the traditional "board and blade" method, I treat the broccoli, asparagus, and mushrooms like a garden—pruning them directly into the heat. It’s faster, cleaner, and honestly, a lot more fun.
The Mission Specs:
The Goal: A 1200ml massive batch of rich, comforting cream stew.
The Protein: A healthy mix of white fish and chicken.
The Secret Sauce: House Hokkaido Cream Stew roux made with 100% natural Japanese milk.
The One Rule: Everything happens in One Pan.
This isn't "professional" cooking—it's Hero Cooking. It’s for the adult beginners who want to eat like a king without cleaning like a servant.
